I’m going to try and lay down some common sense for a lot of people out there. Because it surely is lacking.

No other President took classified or declassified documents out of office. Each president has to go through the process of declassification of the documents. The process is then made on record. Trump did not go through this process. Therefore It was not fully declassified.

If he did absolutely nothing wrong, the warrant would not have made the table and then become approved, by a judge. The FBI are not required to tell the public what the documents are. That’s between them, the judge and any lawyer that may become involved.

The populace has no rights to know anything here. Especially, when it comes to classified documents, that could endanger the country. All documents are supposed to go to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). Not to an ex-Presidents residence.

These are facts not alternative information. Just because you don’t like these facts, doesn’t make it any less true.

I’m all for truth, I’m also 100% behind laws being followed. He was repeatedly asked for the return of the documents for months. He refused and hid behind, his followers and lawyers.

He incited violence AGAIN. Which caused followers to shoot up an FBI office. Causing a casualty.

How is this okay? Let them do their job. If Trump is innocent, they can prove that via court trials. If he’s guilty then he’s guilty.

300 documents were taken. None of which were properly declassified. This is a crime with a prison sentence of 20 years to life. No one is above the law of this country. Not even the POTUS or ex-POTUS.

If these people were truly “patriotic” as they claim. They would be disgusted by the actions of the very person, they voted for.

Women Don’t Have Rights: Thanks Republicans

Women do not have basic constitutional rights. Unless you consider “voting rights” basic. The constitution DOES NOT cover healthcare either.

We would of had protection back in 1972, IF the Equal Rights Act was passed. However, it was defeated and largely because of a WOMAN named Phyllis Schlafly.

Phyllis Schlafly held paleoconservative social and political views, opposed liberal feminism, gay rights and abortion, and successfully campaigned against ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

How did Phyllis do this? Phyllis Schlafly was perhaps the most visible opponent of the Equal Rights Amendment. Her “Stop ERA” campaign hinged on the belief that the ERA would eliminate laws designed to protect women and led to the eventual defeat of the amendment.

When in reality the ERA would have given:

Men and women shall have equal rights throughout the United States and every place subject to its jurisdiction. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Meaning, Women will not be discriminated against. Nor will their body autonomy come into question. Meaning Roe V Wade would have been solidified.

Furthermore, what the SCOTUS has done was indeed a violation of the constitution. Yet not for the reasons people think. (Since many think it was a violation of women’s rights when that does not exist – constitutionally) it was a violation of CHURCH AND STATE. The first amendment. And they have violated the 14th amendment.

First Amendment- When the First Amendment was adopted in 1791, the establishment clause applied only to the federal government, prohibiting the federal government from any involvement in religion. By 1833, all states had disestablished religion from government, providing protections for religious liberty in state constitutions.

The first amendment to the US Constitution states “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”

Meaning- Congress shall not use their religious beliefs to make a RULING Or DECISION. They took an oath to be unbiased during their “meetings”.

Which brings us to the 14th Amendment.

14, section 3 – All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Meaning men and women have a right to life. Meaning taking away abortions for legit medical reasons that may cause life threatening issues were infringed upon.

Ectopic pregnancy is not a viable pregnancy and is life threatening. The “egg” and “cells” can rupture the Fallopian tubes, causing mass hemorrhage ( internal bleeding). Ectopic pregnancy are not exemptions from the anti-abortion laws, when it should be!

Placental Abruptions happen and although SOME rare occasions it corrects itself. There are times when they don’t and again will cause internal bleeding and fetal death. If the dead “fetus” is not removed this will cause fatal infection and sepsis. This causes a woman’s DEATH. Again infringing upon the right to life.

14th amendment “oath”. The oaths taking before settling into office is for said Senator, President and SCOTUS to uphold the constitution fully without biases. This was infringed upon. They lied under oath.

Because religious views played a big role in their decisions. 🖕🏽This is why there is separation between church and freaking state.

Life does not begin at conception. Cells begin at conception. Implantation begins, life does not. Therefore these antiabortionists are basically saying CANCER CELLS have A RIGHT TO LIFE. They are saying mens sperm have a right to life. Even though all men jerk off into a sock and abort that seed.

Let me see you prolife jerks outlaw Masturbation. I also want to see you adopt children from the orphanage’s. You are not prolife you are probirth. Because once that kid is born, there is NO affordable healthcare, daycare or preschool.

Facts: Immune System and VACCINE

The immune system is a complex unit, where there are different cells that fight off infection, this is a known fact. However, your immune system, is not capable of completely fighting off viruses it has never encountered before, such as COVID19 and it’s variants.

Back in the day, with other viruses such as Smallpox, chicken pox, whooping cough, mumps, measles and so on. People weren’t aware of the testing that went behind all of it. Nor were they aware of the precautions that were taken to prevent the spread either. Because there was NO SOCIAL MEDIA outlet to share the trials and triumphs. I did some digging and asked a couple of folks who actually went through these procedures of “Masking” or distancing from others. They did all that, just as we have to do now with covid19 and the variants.

How your immune system functions:
Virally infected cells produce and release small proteins called interferons, which play a role in immune protection against viruses. Interferons prevent replication of viruses, by directly interfering with their ability to replicate within an infected cell. A special cell of the immune system called a T cell circulates looking for infections. One type of T cell is called a cytotoxic T cell because it kills cells that are infected with viruses with toxic mediators. Cytotoxic T cells have specialized proteins on their surface that help them to recognize virally-infected cells. These proteins are called T cell receptors (TCRs). Each cytotoxic T cell has a TCR that can specifically recognize a particular antigenic peptide bound to an MHC molecule. If the T cell receptor detects a peptide from a virus, it warns its T cell of an infection. The T cell releases cytotoxic factors to kill the infected cell and, therefore, prevent survival of the invading virus.

However, many Viruses are highly adaptable, and have developed ways to avoid detection by T cells. Some viruses stop MHC molecules from getting to the cell surface to display viral peptides. If this happens, the T cell doesn’t know there’s a virus inside the infected cell.

This is how COVID19 works, it’s adaptable and it mutates. Which is why a Vaccine was needed to help the “immune system” recognize and attack the virus cells. This is common bio-sci 101 and it is taught in Science/Biology class, as early as middle/high school.

So why is it, people are being ignorant to these facts? I really don’t understand how people can play this off as the “common cold”, or “flu”. COVID19 and it’s variants are nothing like the common cold or flu. It’s highly dangerous, it sneaks in, it’s undetected for weeks and then it just hits you hard. Children have died from COVID, Elderly and young adults have died from COVID.

However, a majority of these news articles of child death of COVID19 and Variants have been buried by Republican lies, and Qanon misinformation campaign. The more people listen or even read misinformation, the more people will become susceptible to COVID19 and the Variants. The more that this happens, the less we will have the chance at HERD IMMUNITY.

Furthermore, The vaccines has no microchips, and it doesn’t make you infertile. These are Alt-Facts created by the Qanon party. Bill Gats did not create any such thing to keep track of you. If the Government really wanted to keep track of you, all you need to do is look at your PHONE, COMPUTER, and SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. They don’t need a “microchip” to do it.

Blood clots – Very Rare, and has only happened so far in 1 of 5 vaccinated people.
Rashes – again very rare, and has not happened as of late.

These very rare side effects have to do with an underlining condition, of having either high blood pressure or pre-blood clots. Rashes have occurred due to allergies and an underlying condition of skin infections.

CDC recommends people with an immunocompromised system, to take either Moderna or Pfizer and not Johnson and Johnson. Since J&J uses a “dead” virus for their vaccine. Which makes it harder for those immunocompromised to be able to fight and form antibodies against COVID19.

I took J&J, and I have a very weak immune system. Due to the fact that I took J&J, I was laid out for a month. I felt, weak, and fluish. It did not feel great at all. And even though I felt like I got hit by a semi-truck, I was and am glad I got Vaccinated. Because I don’t have to worry as much when I am out in the public setting. Yes it took longer for my immune system to bounce back and make those antibodies, but it got done. I have had no other “side effects” since than. No Blood Clots, and No Rashes.

Do your research, ask the experts. Get Vaccinated (Or don’t, but please, just wear your MASK and Social Distance. Just stop putting others lives in danger because you are about you and not about Humanity as a whole.

Facts About Greek Yogurt

Greek Yogurt, popular among many people yet consequential effects on the environment and dairy animal lives. Its a plight to the rights and welfare of the animal and human life. You may think it’s a healthy snack, yet in reality, it is not.
With information at the fingertips, it’s not difficult to find out what Greek Yogurt is made of. Most of the ingredients are downright disgusting and even barbaric.

As with many yogurts, a majority of Greek varieties add gelatin, which is made by boiling animals’ skin, tendons, ligaments, or bones. A majority have also added carmine to make the yogurt appear to contain more fruit than it does.

What is Carmine? Carmine is a dye that’s found in some food products to create a red color. The food colorant is also called cochineal extract, which comes from the insect species Dactylopius coccus Costa.

These cochineal bugs used to harvest carmine are mainly harvested in Peru and the Canary Islands, where the insects live on prickly pear cacti. Carmine uses dates back to the 1500s when the Aztecs used these insects to dye fabrics. You may understand the use of insects to make dyes back when resources were limited, but what’s the purpose of carmine food dye today? The main purpose is to make packaged foods appear more vibrant. So you may wonder: Is it really necessary to kill thousands and thousands of insects just so our foods appear redder?

The red dye is used in a range of food and cosmetic products, including:
Candy
Ice cream
Children’s snacks
Cake mix
Juices
Burgers
Sausages
Yogurt
Lipsticks
Eyeshadows
Shampoos
Lotions
Pill coatings
Indigo Carmine is another type of dye that’s also made with carminic acid, but it does not derive from cochineal insects.

Other reasons to avoid a majority of Greek and Regular “Dairy” Yogurt –
Dairy yogurt is made from cows or other animal milk. Just as with human mothers, cows produce milk only when they’re pregnant and nursing. A majority of Dairy farms repeatedly impregnate mother cows. A majority of dairy farmers take the animals’ newborn babies away and then steal the milk that was meant for them. Selling it for a profit to make said yogurts. Profiting off of animal suffering.

Environmental and other Hazards
For every ounce of Greek yogurt, companies are producing 2 to 3 ounces of acid whey, a coproduct that can’t simply be dumped or tossed, because it would be toxic to the environment. In 2016 alone, it’s estimated that the United States produced more than 150 million gallons of acid whey. So what are companies doing with it all? They’re paying animal-agriculture operations to take it off their hands and mix it into fertilizer and animals’ food. One major Greek yogurt maker stated that more than 70 percent of its acid whey ends up in food for farmed animals, meaning, that even the animal agriculture industry, beyond even dairy farms, is profiting from Greek yogurt. Whilst not only destroying the environment, however, profiting from animal suffrage.

Last yet not least, Greek yogurt and three times more fats than any other yogurt item. Which we all know causes our body to produce from said fats, cholesterol, and heart issues. This is why I am questioning how these Greek Yogurt products are still on the market – Oh, yeah, that’s right. Profit.

People Don’t Want To Work

People don’t want to work, they are claiming working anywhere doesn’t pay a living wage. This is false, to be quite frank a majority of jobs do pay a living wage now. Most of them have raised their wages to $20 an hour. People don’t want to work because the Government gave out stimulus checks for three months straight. Now, I know most people spent this stimulus on bills and rent, yet others spent it on frivolous things. Or Bulked buys to sell it at a higher price, screwing everyone else over.
This pandemic has shown the true colors of our nation, the greed, the laziness of people. It needs to stop, a fourth stimulus shouldn’t be approved. People need to get off the couch and work period. The stimulus checks have caused inflation and other problems that a majority of us cannot afford to deal with.

Gas prices up to $4 a gallon, food product price hikes, rent hikes, cost of living even went up. How do you think they’re paying back the loans from the Federal Reserve System? By raising prices and taxes. Businesses are suffering because they too have to pay out more to get products delivered to their stores. And the reason prices are rising, is because people refuse to work. And Truckers are desperately needed to deliver said products.

Warehouse workers are getting paid up to $20 an hour, you start at $16 to $17 an hour. Stay long enough and get that experience you’ll get $20 an hour. Truckers are the same amount of pay, this is plenty to pay bills and rent. In addition to this if you can’t afford food you can get assistance through your local SNAP office. They will even help you get medical insurance, especially, during this pandemic. There is nothing wrong with asking for assistance when you are working. However, expecting “free” money without consequences is NOT OKAY.

Other jobs with higher pay:
Walmart – $16 to $17
Target – $15 to $17
Lowes – $16 to 20
Home Depot – $15 to $18
Restaurants – $15
All that can equate to $2000 a month, plus the $300 to $600 a month for partial unemployment. This is plenty to live on, for now, it’s plenty to pay rent and bills. The people who honestly need the help are not getting it because everyone else is screwing them over.

Disabled, and veterans, as well as the homeless, need the help. I am honestly tired of this situation, of seeing abled body people sit there and collect, and then demand in a “petition” another stimulus while not caring about the consequences of their actions. Just because you got laid off doesn’t mean you stop working or even looking for a job. You work something else until that particular business comes back again and you go back there. It’s not a difficult concept.

I do understand the struggle, I am not writing this lightly either. I have been in everyone’s shoes of not being able to afford rent, mortgage, or bills. So has my friend, who also writes in this journal. We all have struggled throughout the years, we have all lost and had to start over. Yet we continued to pull ourselves back up and rebuild. We went out there and worked, or started our own home business, just to make ends meet. Robbed Peter to pay Paul or Tom, Dick and Harry. Whichever the case maybe we still got out there and “Worked”.

Yet I must stress this issue, Asking for another stimulus will not do any good. It will cause more inflation, it will cause more businesses to close down, due to lack of employees. No employees, means no services, meaning business shuts down. However, everyone is screaming open up the businesses, well business can’t be open if they have no one to run or operate them.

People forgot that it takes people to operate stores and truck deliveries. The populace, or should I say this era of people is causing bills for the future generation. Just as the past generation caused for everyone. If more money is loaned out from the Federal Reserve System, there will be nothing left to retire on and no one will be collecting social security either. Because it will be all gone, this is a fact.

If you want all this inflation gone and the economy to get back on track, then people need to work. If you need two jobs, then work two jobs. Unfortunately, money does make the world go round and our livelihood does depend on it.

Let’s get back to work America, let’s build everything back up again.

Glaciers are melting faster, losing 31% more snow and ice per year than they did 15 years earlier, according to three-dimensional satellite measurements of all the world’s mountain glaciers.
Scientists blame human-caused climate change.

Using 20 years of recently declassified satellite data, scientists calculated that the world’s 220,000 mountain glaciers are losing more than 328 billion tons (298 billion metric tons) of ice and snow per year since 2015, according to a study in Wednesday’s journal Nature. That’s enough melt flowing into the world’s rising oceans to put Switzerland under almost 24 feet (7.2 meters) of water each year.

The annual melt rate from 2015 to 2019 is 78 billion more tons (71 billion metric tons) a year than it was from 2000 to 2004. Global thinning rates, different than volume of water lost, doubled in the last 20 years and “that’s enormous,” said Romain Hugonnet, a glaciologist at ETH Zurich and the University of Toulouse in France who led the study.

Stop Pandemics at the Source – Ban Live Animal Markets and Factory Farms

COVID-19 has forever changed our world. In one year, 115 million global cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed. And sadly, 2.5 million people around the world have died. In the United States, over 28.7 million cases have been confirmed and over half a million people have died. 

Most infectious diseases can be traced back to animals, including COVID-19. Large live animal markets provide a perfect breeding ground for a pandemic. So do the livestock auctions and live animal markets of the United States.

But how different is a live animal market abroad or in the U.S. compared to an industrial chicken farm in the United States? The similarities are frightening. 99% of animals raised in the US come from large-scale operations where stressed and terrified animals are crammed into small spaces often living in their own feces and other bodily fluids. 

That’s why calling for an end to wild animal markets is not enough. It is time to make a change. To prevent pandemics like coronavirus we must end the demand for animal flesh and go vegan.

The Nicobar Pigeon

The dodo bird has been long extinct, but it still has relatives living in the world today. Known as the Nicobar pigeon, this rare creature is the closest living connection to the famous flightless bird, although the two don’t look alike. One striking difference is the Nicobar pigeon’s vibrant plumage that shines in iridescent blues, coppers, and greens—in addition to its reddish legs and small white tail. This colorful characteristic developed because of their location; the bird has long been isolated on small islands and lacked natural predators. Because there’s no need to conceal themselves, they were able to develop the brilliant feathers.

The Nicobar pigeon resides in Southeast Asia and the Pacific, from the Indian Nicobar Islands eastward to places like Thailand and Papua New Guinea. Although its exact population count is unclear, the species is in decline because of deforestation and the release of non-native predators (like rats and cats) to these islands. The Nicobar pigeon is now considered “near threatened” with conservation efforts proposed to help the birds thrive again.

A Melting Antarctica Could Raise the Sea Level More Than Expected

As rising global temperatures continue to melt the ice in Antarctica, scientists predict that we’ll face serious problems in the coming decades — from rising sea levels to devastating storms to temperatures rising even faster because there’s less ice to reflect heat.

Now, it turns out all those problems could be even worse than scientists predicted, according to research published in the journal Climate Dynamics. Existing models tended to predict ice melt based on average conditions over time, but accounting for fluctuating extremes paints a far more dire picture.

Accelerated Timeline

Climate models need to represent how chaotic weather patterns can be, study author and Penn State climate researcher Chris Forest argued in a press release. Accounting for those fluctuations, Forest’s work shows that the Antarctic ice sheet could retreat 20 years sooner than expected.

Factoring that in, the melting ice could raise the sea level by an additional 2.7 to 4.3 inches on top of the 10.6 to 14.9 inches that simpler models predict by the year 2100.

“We know ice sheets are melting as global temperatures increase, but uncertainties remain about how much and how fast that will happen,” Forest said in the release.

COVID-19 And Companions

Several dogs and cats (domestic cats and a tiger) in contact with infected humans have tested positive for COVID-19. In addition, ferrets appear to be susceptible to the infection. In experimental conditions, both cats and ferrets were able to transmit infection to other animals of the same species, but there is no evidence that these animals can transmit the disease to human and play a role in spreading COVID-19. COVID-19 is mainly spread through droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or speaks.

It is still recommended that people who are sick with COVID-19 and people who are at risk limit contact with companion and other animals. When handling and caring for animals, basic hygiene measures should always be implemented. This includes hand washing after handling animals, their food, or supplies, as well as avoiding kissing, licking or sharing food.
