RE: Review and Rescission of the Forest Service Grazing Permit for Bill McIrvin and the Diamond M Ranch

In Addition This Complaint is being submitted on Behalf of The Kalispel Tribe, for an Approval of a Cultural Closure Request for the Kalispel Tribe, then its Denial by James Pena 2 days later.

Introduction:
This complaint requests that the U.S. Forest Service (“USFS” or “Service”), responsible for the management of Colville National Forest, review and/or rescind the grazing permit of Diamond M Ranch, located in Laurier, Washington and owned by Bill McIrvin, for continued failure to practice adequate animal husbandry techniques to protect a Washington State endangered species held as Sacred by Traditional Native American Cultural Beliefs on federal land, which includes documented overgrazing.

McIrvin’s past, as well as current, history proves ill intent beyond a reasonable doubt. This behavior is in violation of USFS policies and regulations. Diamond M Ranch’s failure to abide by cooperative agreements with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (“WDFW”) concerning

livestock/predator interactions, have single-handedly resulted in the lethal control and eradication of nearly 20% of Sacred gray wolves (Canis lupus) within Washington state and have accounted for three-quarters of all state-sponsored lethal control events since the return of Sacred gray wolves to the state in 2008. He has also refused use of WDFW supplied Range Riders during summer months
as reported by WDFW.

We have provided documented photographic evidence with the original complaint to previous managers, which USFS continues to overlook, showing the blatant disregard for enforcing or following regulations set out in his USFS grazing permit by not monitoring overgrazing. The submitted pictures show sufficient good cause to terminate McIrvin’s Allotments. This stand of grass that was placed there for the Creator’s wildlife, all of which Traditional Native Americans hold Sacred, yet overgrazing in violation of McIrvin’s USFS permit has rendered this little more than a patch of dust.

This permittee’s ongoing needless and potentially deliberate creation of conflict with wildlife threatens to violate USFS policies governing sensitive species, viable wildlife populations, and cumulative adverse effects on native wildlife. For these reasons, Protect The Wolves™ representing 57,750 followers requests USFS to review permittee operations of Diamond M Ranch and develop conditions that would avoid continued violations of USFS policies and regulations, or state and federal laws. Furthermore, if the permittee is unwilling to cooperate with USFS personnel on adherence to agency rules, then we urge the USFS to restrict or rescind the grazing permits of

Diamond M Ranch for its Lambert and CC Mountain allotments.

In addition, Protect The Wolves™ requests that USFS list the gray wolf (Canis lupus) as a sensitive and Sacred species and adjust accordingly protections afforded to the wolf under the Service’s Forest Management Plan for Colville National Forest, as well as all other National Forests. The Wolf, one of all the 4-leggeds and winged-ones, holds significant Sacred Cultural value to all Indigenous peoples that practice the Traditional Teachings, as such deserve the same level of reverence and protection from unlawful government infringement and any Ibrahimic beliefs, practices, or relics.

The Source Of The Vaping Illness and Deaths

Juul has been the cause of Teens becoming addicted to Vaping, not only that yet has caused an epidemic in Vaping Illnesses and now a death. Juul refuses to list what exactly is in their E-Juice extracts and oil, one can surmise is, “While the cause of the lung-related illnesses are being investigated, testing completed by the FDA indicates these recent events are linked to black market THC cartridges, and presumably, a thickening agent named Vitamin E Acetate (found in counterfeit vaping oil — NOT legitimate and regulated eLiquid products sold today).” – Quoted from Liquid Barn and FDA

On Sept. 9, the Food and Drug Administration sent Juul a warning letter accusing the company of violating federal regulations by promoting its e-cigarettes as a safer option than traditional cigarettes and threatening the company with fines and product seizures if it continued. Two days later, the Trump Administration said it planned to pull from the market flavored e-cigarettes such as Juul’s mango, creme and mint pods.

However, the Trump administration and Pelosi/Dems wants to put a total ban on E-flavor liquids due to the rising epidemic of illnesses and a death. Notice that we have never had this issue before JUUL promoted themselves as a safer method of vaping industry. You would think the Trump Administration would rather place JUUL out of business instead of banning everything all together, yet, that’s just not the case.

The Trump Administration has the information and data on JUUL, they know where the illegal vape juice product is being produced and marketed. They know the FDA has done a full investigation and has turned up with the damning results – that Vitamin E Acetate and THC are the culprits.

Bans do not work, it did not work with gambling, alcohol, and it didn’t work with marijuana. Bans didn’t work in the past, they aren’t working now. There are always loop holes and black markets.

Restrictions and Regulations however, do in fact work. Raising the age level on when someone could vape should be at 21, like with Cigarettes and Alcohol – ID required at time of purchase on Website buys and offline. (Liquid Barn, Vape Wild and Central Vapors already do these things). Maybe we should look towards the parents as well. Maybe Parents should pay more attention to their teens activities on the web, since, incidentally this is where it has all taken place.

Teens do not make good choices – THAT IS FACT. Another fact is parents seem to think they can “Trust” their teens because they “think” they have “raised” them with a decent head on their shoulders. I hate to break it to you even the good ones go dark – and party behind backs. Pay Attention.

Vaping is not Lethal when you get your products from a legitimate source. Vaping is not a problem when you study the ins and outs, the pros and cons. The instructions on how to use a vape pen or make E-juice.

I have been vaping for years, it has helped me quit smoking Cigarettes. Cigarettes which contain chemicals that cause cancer – where Vape has natural ingredients and unbleached Nicotine. (pure and untainted) Now I’m not saying Vape doesn’t have a draw back, it does, there are cases where the Mods have malfunctioned, or there have been bad nicotine deliveries. Things can happen either way, yet what these kids have been doing is all round idiotic and dangerous.

A majority of kids have mixed THC and the E Acetate with – Weed and high nicotine volume in a regular mod- which has caused the thickening of the Vape Cloud – Which causes Popcorn lung. The fact is regular mods were not designed for Weed, there is actually a special Pen for said Weed. If they had actually done research, and not gone to the black market dank carts or to JUUL, this would not have been an issue.

The point I’m trying to make – to summarize, stop allowing your kids to do as they wish. Start being the Helicopter as you were when they were little. Because I hate to say it – SHIT HAPPENS when unsupervised. And it’s a parents responsibility to ensure the SAFETY of their kids.

They are literally killing baby seals to cut off their genitals and sell them. These poor baby seals and their grieving families don’t deserve the terror and tragedy they are experiencing and we have the power to save them from it.

Bring Back The True History Of America: Petition

We need to bring back the true history of America to schools once again. Our kids deserve the correct information on how America came to be. Since the day I have left school, I have heard that the curriculum has been changing, a way to desensitize our kids to the realities of our nation. Which in my opinion is why I believe we have so much hatred towards each other. In order to stop repeating history, we must learn from the mistakes of the past.

I am requesting that each school board member in the 50 states, as well as the government, bring back the correct historical curriculum, for kids to be taught the factual truth. We cannot and should not erase or change the facts of history just to meet some corrupt agenda or brainwash our children with Alternate facts in the place of truisms.

They need to know what happened on the trail of tears and what happened in Southern America with the conquistadors. True education is key to making a real positive change for our nation.

It is my belief that with true education and the consequences of the past learned. Our future generations or even today’s generation will not make the same mistakes, instead, they may just be the kick we need, to be more accepting of others. To where we can live in a more peaceful society without constant violence, we see daily.

Education WILL ALWAYS be a KEY to CHANGE.

Common Sense Gun Laws

Guns are dangerous in the wrong hands, no matter how much some would like to think otherwise. The fact remains we do need more common-sense gun laws and control.

We need to ban assault rifles, for civilian use. Ak47(WASR-10), Remington, M4, and M16 just to name a few, should not be accessible for civilians. Especially, those who are mentally unstable. Who are not only a danger to themselves, yet to others as well.

Those with a criminal background should be disallowed from purchasing and owning, those who are unstable should be denied. Thorough background checks need to be done.

Weapons Dealers (private sellers) sorry to say should have a license to sell and carry and be registered. As well as take classes to notice the signs of instability. I say this because of the constant mass shootings happening over the past few years. Everyone who owns or plans to purchase needs to register themselves.

This will cut crimes in half and make police work more efficient. By way of finding the owners faster during a shootout investigation.

These are consequences for horrid actions. I know I can’t be the only one tired of these travesties. Human life is precious, just like all life is.

Quite frankly, I don’t care for the NRA since they really have not been doing their true job. Which is supposed to mainly be for gun safety education. Yet lately it has been for lobbying on gun rights and ownership. instead of trying to place common-sense laws.

Truthfully I doubt they care about public safety anymore since they have been a big buyer for anti-law bills.

In order to fight for common-sense laws, people need to attend town meetings with facts and a calm demeanor.

Let me make this perfectly clear I’m not saying take guns away. I’m saying ban assault rifles that have been the biggest part of mass shootings. Assault rifles have been banned before during the Clinton administration and the massacres/gun violence WAS at an all-time low. We need to implement that law again for the populace’s safety.

We will work on a plan, statement for our area to present. When done we will share it here for others to use as a foothold for public safety.

Cat Declawing: It’s Wrong

Without your help, this barbaric practice will continue. The effects of declawing any cat outweigh mere item damage. Cats who’ve been declawed live life in pain. Never putting full weight on their paws, some get infections to where they need surgery to correct the damage caused. This can lead to more tissue death. Others become mentally ill by way of constantly licking their paw, to the point of rawness and down to their bone. Others shake their paw constantly.

New York, has banned declawing, let’s work together to do the same here.

Delaware Governor John Carney signs bill banning plastic bags

WILMINGTON, Delaware (WPVI) — Single-use plastic bags are soon to be a thing of the past in Delaware.

Governor John Carney signed House Bill 130 into law on Monday.

The measure bans stores in the First State from using plastic bags at check out for any reason. The ban goes into effect on January 1, 2021.

The governor also signed an act Monday imposing new penalties for the dumping of trash on public and private property.

In signing the measures, he said they were all about cleaning up Delaware’s communities.

Stop Poaching: Petition

I’m campaigning against animal poaching and my goal is to raise awareness against poaching that is mainly happening over in Africa. I’m respectfully asking you to ensure that labelling on alternative medicines imported from Asia is complete and accurate. This is important because in recent years products have been tested here in Australia and have been found to include traces of endangered animals.

DNA testing of traditional Chinese medicines has shown that many contain traces of endangered animals. The tests were performed by Australian scientists devising new ways to detect exactly what plant and animal materials are contained in traditional Chinese medicines and herbal teas. In the past some have been found to contain materials from endangered species, banned medicines and even toxic metals. Some samples were found to contain DNA from potentially harmful plants, and from endangered species such as black bears and antelope. Not all the samples that contained animal DNA had been labelled as containing material from animals and I feel that this isn’t checked up on. The snow leopard is a fine example of materials used within medicines illegally, currently there are only 7000 snow leopards left in the wild. If this doesn’t change animals are going to go extinct without some of us knowing since it isn’t stated on certain medicinal material, illegal animal materials are making its way in without us knowing, some animal materials used in products don’t actually create benefits for the item and can almost be useless.

If more was done to ensure no imported ‘medicines’ contain endangered species, less animals would be killed for medicines that don’t work. This could show the extinction rate of animals. You should act on this as I believe you could successfully oversee/stop the importation of illegal medicines into our country. I believe you would be able to stop this as you are the Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment and this is your role. This needs to be stopped innocent animals are being killed for the sake of medicine that doesn’t help anyone. Please support this campaign by considering this request.
